Meet Adalyn - Creator of The True You Method

Adalyn’s journey began in an environment that challenged her sense of identity from a young age. Growing up in a broken family and navigating years of emotional hardship, she carried a deep longing to understand who she truly was beneath the layers of conditioning and expectation.

Coming out first as gay, and later as a transgender woman, became defining milestones in her transformation — not just expressions of identity, but acts of deep spiritual alignment. Through her transition, Adalyn learned what it meant to strip away every external version of self that was built for acceptance, and to instead live as a reflection of truth. Her experience as a transgender woman became the catalyst for discovering the essence of authenticity — the raw, unfiltered individuality that exists when we stop performing and start being.

Her path of inner exploration expanded beyond identity into consciousness itself. Through years of meditation, reflection, and self-inquiry, Adalyn delved deeply into her psyche, exploring the roots of her patterns, beliefs, and inner dialogues. During this process, she experienced a spontaneous kundalini rising — a profound awakening that opened her awareness to the multidimensional nature of self.

Through this expansion, she began communicating with what she calls The Facet System — seven unique aspects of her consciousness, each representing a vital expression of her individuality. This realization revealed that alignment isn’t about healing or fixing who we are, but about remembering, accepting, and harmonizing every part of ourselves.

From this awareness, The True You Method was born — a framework for rediscovering authenticity and aligning with one’s deepest truth. It invites individuals to move beyond labels and roles, to uncover their natural essence, and to live from the wholeness that arises when all parts of the self are seen and honored.
